We call this our little piece of Heaven on Earth. Our Paradise awaits you in this luxurious, three bedroom, three bath 2250 sq. ft direct oceanfront condo located on the beautiful beaches of Daytona Beach Shores. The St. Maarten Beach Resort community includes 400 feet of ocean frontage and beach access, 2 ocean front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tubs, full state-of-the-art fitness facility with separate his and her saunas and game room with pool tables.

This condo is ideal for large families or couples with children to share. For everyone's enjoyment our condo is non-smoking with no pets allowed. We have three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. This condo has a fabulous open floor plan with direct ocean views, and a large balcony. You can enjoy the view of the world's most famous beach while sitting in the grand living room, dining room, or master suite. Enjoy your favorite sports show or watch a movie with your family on our 54' Flat Panel High Definition TV. You have your own laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. All top of the line appliances in the spacious kitchen include smooth stove top, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cooking equipment, and utensils.

Our large master suite features a king bed, access to balcony, TV with DVD player, and a walk in closet. The spectacular master bath is extremely large with a tub and walk-in shower with double shower heads. The second bedroom features a king bed, double closets, TV, DVD player, balcony looking away from the ocean, and a full private bath. Our third bedroom features two queen beds, large closets, TV, DVD player and a full bath. Condo sleeps 8. All linens and beach towels are provided. 

Florida rates Daytona Beach Shores as one of the Top 10 Beaches in the state with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun filled vacation. The Daytona Racetrack is only minutes away. There are plenty of things to do after the sun goes down: miniature golf, movies, ice cream, shopping, strolling the main street pier and listening to the bands play in the band shell.  There are great local, non-chain, restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices.   St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.), Disney World, Orlando area attractions, and The Kennedy Space Center are only an hour away.

We are sure that with one visit you will love this beautiful corner of Heaven on Earth as much as we do.

Required Notice: The condo association requires all rentals to be for two weeks with a two week notice, so we cannot take last minute reservations.

We have six 1st floor condos at the St Maarten that we rent. If our calendar shows this condo is booked, please email us to see if one of our other condos is open.

Our condos are big and roomy. We strive to make them a home away from home for our family and yours. A beautiful beach awaits right outside your door along with two outdoor pools, a game room, and a work-out room. Owner rents six different condos all on the first floor. Each condo sleeps eight.

Among the many attractions close by are playgrounds, a water park, various restaurants, cinema, live theater, museums, a library and winery tours. There are shops to explore, including antique and an outlet mall. Various types of water sports include boating, deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing, water skiing, paddle boating, pier fishing, surfing, and wind-surfing. I highly recommend our favorite: strolling our beautiful beach. Golf and tennis are also available in the area.
